"Aum Brand has teamed up with photographer Dorrell Merritt to present a solid collaboration featuring Karen Storey. The brief was simple. To create a vision of beauty and simplicity. We spent a full day shooting on various locations around London climbing over fences and driving all over London to get the perfect shots. The collection is a two part series so expect to see second drop around late summer.

We shot a little making of video for you all to check out too.

BACK IN HONG KONG.

That's right. Another trip to HK for a couple of weeks to paint the days away with WESC. I was invited to paint with some top class HK illustrators and painters in a Jam type event. DJ Stretch Armstrong was there spinning and Yone was there to take photo's of pretty girls as he does. All round fun night and fun vibes. The pieces are currently displayed in the Causeway Bay WESC concept store so check them out if your in the area! Thanks to VIC for hooking this up.

Afternoon all. Apologies for not updating the blog. A lot has been happening over the past couple of months so it's been hard to keep up with everything. The solo show went really well and Lava Gallery did a great job of putting the show together and reaching out to the crowds. AMAR STEWART SOLO SHOW.

The time has come. In a couple of days I will have my first solo show hosted by Lava Gallery. A series of water colour's, pencil and spray painted portraits of people I have met whilst living in London will be displayed along with some limited prints.

HONG KONG FEVER, PT.1.

I just got back from Hong Kong yesterday and after a 12 hour flight I could have quite easily jumped back on a plane back there. What an amazing city. Great people, great food, expensive beer and all round good vibes. Hope to be back there very soon but until then here are some pics of what went down.
Oh and those walls I left my mark on were untouched, huge and all mine :o).

PRIVATE VIEW AT MADDOX CLUB.

I had less than 24 hours to promote this show so apologies for not giving you the heads up on this.....
Last Thursday I was invited to The Maddox Club in Mayfair, London, to show my past works to some big party heads. It was good to show some pieces that haven't been on display to the public before. Thanks to Peter and Alex for putting on the night and for the vodka hook up! :o)
