THE FOUNDRY - SAD TIMES.

If you were not aware, Hackney council have decided to knock down The Foundry. They want to "clear up" the east end clubs and night life to make way for new housing developments and increase value in the area. The famous building (The Foundry) will be knocked down and turned into an 18 storey Arts Hotel.
We (Batlow and myself) were commissioned yesterday to leave our mark on the exterior of the building before demolition begins in April. A sad day when the time comes.......

HACKNEY WICK.

A late start but one of the nicest days the year has seen so far. Clear blue skies, lots of paints, red stripe, random dogs, tyres for ladders and the occasional scent of horse shit.
